How do I start my free trial?

Click 'Start Your Free Trial' on our homepage. You get full access to all features for 14 days. Cancel anytime during your trial at no charge.

Can I import my existing contacts and employees?

Yes! Go to Contacts > Import Contacts to upload a CSV file, or use the 'Import from Phone' feature on our mobile app. For employees, go to Team > Import Employees.

How does GPS clock-in work?

Employees tap 'Clock In' on their phone. ChiefOps captures their GPS location to verify they're at the job site. Superintendents can also clock in entire crews at once.

Can I customize ChiefOps with my company logo and colors?

Yes! Go to Settings > Company and upload your logo. You can also set your brand colors which will appear throughout the app and on the mobile login splash screen.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Subscription & Billing and click 'Manage Subscription.' You can cancel anytime. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (TLS/SSL), your data is stored on AWS with encryption at rest, and payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers.
